1. When you receive your order please inspect the items for shipping damage. All items are
insured against shipping damage. Damage must be reported within 10 days. After the 10
days, the reciever
of the items assumes responsibility.
2. Keep all packing materials if the item is damaged. To process a shipping damage claim all
packing materials must be available for inspection.
3. Report damages to WRAP IT,LLC. We will need the following
information to help you:
(A) Your name and phone number.
(B) The order number on your packing list.
(C) Description
of damage to the product.
